Copper Alloy Conductor
Copper Nickel Alloy Wire (CuNi)
Copper nickel alloy wire is produced by alloying copper with nickel through a smelting process. The alloy is then processed through drawing, annealing, electroplating, and stranding to create wires in various configurations. The copper nickel alloy wire is available in single wire, stranded wire, multi-strand ropes, and parallel multi-wires, with diameters ranging from 0.08mm to 2.0mm.
Typical Applications
- Low voltage electrical products like circuit breakers, heating blankets, and thermal overload relays, operating at temperatures up to 200°C.
- Aerospace and electronics components, where high performance and resistance to environmental factors are critical.
- Applications requiring high-temperature stability and resistance to corrosion, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments.
